Initial Strategy Session

  • 30-minute virtual consultation
  • Review of injury history, training background, goals, schedule, and equipment access
  • Personalized performance roadmap

Customized Monthly Programming

  • Tennis-specific strength, speed, power, and conditioning sessions
  • Tennis movement and acceleration development
  • Weekly mobility / prehab / durability session

Ongoing Coaching Support

  • Unlimited text communication
  • Optional 15-minute weekly coaching call

Monthly Stroke Analysis (optional)

  • Athlete submits match or practice footage

Option 2: In-Person Tennis Performance Training (Raleigh, NC)

Hands-on coaching and supervised training at Smart Athlete in the Performance Hub or at Bryan’s Tennis.
